Checkpoints

It doesn't work perfectly but it's good enough. Press space to drop a flag and then you'll respawn there next death - but your arm might be stuck in a wall ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also I still don't think it's been beaten yet but I got very close so now I'm sure it's possible!
